I’ve always been a multi-passionate person and had multitude of interests and hobbies. Therefore I decided to start this blog – to simply share my big and little joys with others 🙂 Cause happiness shared is happiness multiplied 😉
So, at least for now, I am going to put whatever diy, craft or home related that I’ll find either interesting, fun, useful or simply beautiful here 🙂 It might become a bit messy once I really get going, but that’s the beauty of it – once you make something, you most likely can tweak, update or perfect it 🙂 The difference is that you can’t make it perfect right in your head – you simply need to put the primary idea into the real world, and then edit it 🙂 And as blogging is also a type of creative activity, I too hope to get better at it with practice and time 🙂 So please, be kind and undestanding until I do so 😀
Other than that, welcome! Look around and if you find something interesting or worth mentioning, please, let me know 🙂
My current interests (that fluctuate and change in time ;))
- homemaking (cleaning, tidying and a bit of decorating)
- tiny homes, small spaces and clever design
- textile crafts (such as sewing, embroidery, knitting and crochet)
- history bounding (especially the American style 1950s fashions and styles)
- beauty, makeup and self care (animal friendly products)
- doll crafts (especially for Mattel dolls – Barbie, Ken and others)
- dog care and crafts (especially for small breeds as our lovely mutt is barely above 3kg :D)
- gardening (especially the square foot kind)
- good books (especially the ones where you can learn something useful and/or interesting :))
- drawing, painting and writting (all of which I’d like to do more of and better :))
- cooking (various vegan dishes and foods)
- general good sense frugality, home economics and zero waste, where it makes sense (I love combining my interests with saving money and other resources :))
- various other crafts and techniques, too many to list all really 🙂
P.S. As English is not my native tongue, please be patient with my grammar and limited vocabulary, but also – let me know, where and how I can fix my mistakes 🙂 Thank you!
